Abstarct: Abstract The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of knowledge sharing in relation to the management of employees' experience and innovation in the employees of the Ministry of Petroleum. The research is of a quantitative type with an applied purpose, which was carried out in the year 1400 and using the questionnaire method. The results confirm the significant relationship between the variables and also the results showed that knowledge sharing has a mediating role in the relationship between employee experience management and innovation in the employees of the Ministry of Petroleum.
